My experience with the technician is bad. They services one of my aircond and didn't even suspect gas leakage. The gas leakage happened after few days, they reinspected but said it was due to piping and advice me to change whole pipe hiding inside plaster ceiling. Luckily I didn't listened to them and asking for another inspection. It turns out due to the condenser, I can't believe the techinician by recommended.my so unprofessional and cost me double due to repeated inspection. To be fair, they are okay to service aircond in good condition, but u will never know when the Aircond is having any issue and they should be the one telling you when having the service.
