I've reported my water heater not working, they came and change 2 parts but in reality it was the switch (that powers it on) that was the problem - easy and cheap fix. I've requested the replaced parts to double confirm they're not working as they were asking 1000 ringgit payment. After paying I've tested the most expensive part (850 MYR) and it was indeed working. When confronted them they said I need to pay another 1500 MYR for them to come and change and they will refund "if it's really working " and the exchange will be free off charge. Never said anything about refunding me what they've charged for the water heater element. I do not like the attitude of the workers, the boss is ridiculously arrogant and just wants to steal money. Always double check their work!!!

Technician was not skilled enough. Having a wobbly ceiling fan. Technician said the hook was slanted and tried to hammer it straight. This made the hook became loss and the fan wobbly even more. Then technician claimed the hook was loose which was perfectly fine before the hammering. Then he tried to fix it by drilling a bigger whole on the plaster ceiling and to no avail. Final solution was to stuff a chipped wood in between the gap to stop it from wobble.

At first time, they were asking for a high price, but after they agree to negotiate at the middle. Shezad, was very polite and respectful, his team did a great job fixing the short fused issues at my home and our egate. Recommended!
