I don't really know the market rate, but the guys charge me RM120 just to troubleshoot the issue. He also add-on that repair cost might be around RM600 to fix the pipe leakage issue.

His explanation on the root cause of the issue doesn't sound strong, sound a bit bullshit to me, to be honest.
He explained that when the heavy rain come, the water level in the water tank increased, and causing that the pipe couldn't handle the strong pressure, and water leaked out from the pipe.

In the end, nothing get done and we paid RM120 just to get to know the pipe is leaking. I am quite unhappy that pricing was not estimated upfront.
