He arrived on time though I was not given a choice to choose him based on review.
He seemed to me he’s in a hurry and sounded rude.
He wasn’t able to explain well where the source of my roof leaking is and he didn’t explain well how he can solve the leaking problem ; he could not guarantee that my problem could be solved. He cited he might need to come a few times to rectify the problem until he gets it right.
He was up on the roof for about ten minutes and came down without a clear answer to my questions and solution. But he estimated to charge me a whopping rm8500 with no guarantee he can solve the problem.
So I wasn’t convinced and I didn’t buy his service as I later on found out the source of problem from another contractor who was introduced to me by a friend.
The Leaking problem is now solved at a fraction of the cost quoted by your contractor HSxxx.
This is my first time using your service but it’s also my last time. You need to filter Your Contractors before you recruit them. This one I encountered have no skill and bad attitude.

Hi Swee Yoong, first of all, I apologize for sounding rude and the lack of explanation. I was trying best to explain to you with sketching on the paper as my English is not too good. However, the reason why the price is high is because this is only estimate as I cannot up climb to your roof with normal ladder. Your roof is locate at 4.5 story high for house 3.5 story and can only access from outside house and not ceiling. Also, your roof is very special type so cannot open from the bottom layer. Must go all the way up until the tip. Roof is 45 ° very risky for us to climb. Once open, everything inside must change include insulation, steel bar, roof tiles etc. We also need big crane to do the work. I usually adjust the price if less work in the end. But thank you for feedback.
Mr Ng is efficient and responded in very timely manner. He is also very initiative in his work. Other than being quite costly for my liking, his work ethics and work quality is good as my tenant did not complain of leaks anymore.
Very fast. Very professional. They really know what to do. They gave assurance on the repaired items. Highly recommend to all.
