He arrived on time though I was not given a choice to choose him based on review.
He seemed to me he’s in a hurry and sounded rude.
He wasn’t able to explain well where the source of my roof leaking is and he didn’t explain well how he can solve the leaking problem ; he could not guarantee that my problem could be solved. He cited he might need to come a few times to rectify the problem until he gets it right.
He was up on the roof for about ten minutes and came down without a clear answer to my questions and solution. But he estimated to charge me a whopping rm8500 with no guarantee he can solve the problem.
So I wasn’t convinced and I didn’t buy his service as I later on found out the source of problem from another contractor who was introduced to me by a friend.
The Leaking problem is now solved at a fraction of the cost quoted by your contractor HSxxx.
This is my first time using your service but it’s also my last time. You need to filter Your Contractors before you recruit them. This one I encountered have no skill and bad attitude.

Mr Ng is efficient and responded in very timely manner. He is also very initiative in his work. Other than being quite costly for my liking, his work ethics and work quality is good as my tenant did not complain of leaks anymore.
