Ng was superb. Arrived promptly and was more than happy to adhere to my strict mask and no shoes and no touching areas he didn’t need to (gravely ill family member). He was so conscientious and explained everything to me easily. He showed me the problem and went above and beyond with his repair. He even put up with me when I cried with relief that it was a simple repair and didn’t need the whole roof dismantled! Really lovely bloke and now totally agree with what I thought was a bit pricey but now am happy it’s fairly priced! Will use again!
