An inspection was thoroughly done and was advised to seek a professional to remove a grill to create access to the roof to enable further work to be performed. This has yet to be completed and once done, will consider to engage HS Roof to complete the waterproofing work required.

They have almost finished the job which has been extremely complex but they have managed to find a way round all obstacles and most importantly they have managed to complete the work with the minimum of disruption to my living in the flat, always being prepared to schedule work around my meetings.
Not only that they are a joy to have around. I shall rather miss them!

Called at 7.30pm on a Sunday, Arrived 1.5 hours earlier than expected. Excellent chap, finished the job, cleaned up after himself.
