Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with such nightmare issues like roofing etc. I had a leak in my house - and called HS . They sent over Mr.Ng who honestly was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. It was comforting to know he was super knowledgeable, reassuring, professional and just a really decent bloke. He helped with tracking the leak, accessing - rectifying and then fixing everything back afterwards. Seriously, Mr.Ng - you sir, are a gem. Next time i have an issue - i know who i’m calling
