A new Interior design company in town specialize in residential / home interior design and commercial project. Although is new, I'm having 10 years experience in interior design and construction field. Please do refer to the below photos of all the completed job.
Fees will be structured/quoted based on each different type of project or work scope required. Services included conceptual design, 3D drawings, construction drawing, site inspection/visit, site meetings.
Not just provided design works, but also helping you to liase with your contractor/builders with no extra cost if you're having your own contractors.
Working basis is one to one, closely with client.
Payment terms will usually based on progressive payment until the end of the projects/renovation.
Upon confirmation we will take 50% deposit to proceed the development of design concept, materials specification and furniture sourcing. Followed by 30% upon design stage completed (after construction drawings completed), 20% upon completion of the projects/renovation (designer will do a regular site visit and inspection during construction period, usually twice a week to make sure the contractor's work correctly, and to rectify contractor's workmanship).
