JLS took up a last minute request which i really appreciate. Eventhough when they came my movers were still unpacking my stuffs, they were flexible to work on cleaning from room to room amidst the chaotic situation & limited space. Their cleaning work is very thorough ππ»ππ»ππ»
They listened to my instructions, I'm very satisfied with overall results too. Definitely will request again in future if needed.
1) My appointment was for 9am but the cleaners only reached at 9:40am as there was a last minute replacement of cleaner. I was only notified about this at 9:03am after I texted to ask if the cleaners have arrived.
2) The price I paid was double of what I would normally pay for 2 cleaners as I booked the move out cleaning service. However, the quality was similar to what I would get if I engaged 2 cleaners for a normal cleaning service. Only normal cleaning detergents were used and a lot of stains were not removed. Fridge and cabinets were not cleaned properly. There were hair on the floor after vacuuming and mopping. There were still a lot of dust all over.
Definitely not worth the money.
Hi Ms Mei Shin- Sorry that you have to experiences the late of arrival- 9:20 am. We have been instructed to only go to loading bay not where you waited for us which is @ the lobby. So sudficiently we arrived at 9:20 am not 9:40 am (in ur unit) ya. For the works- i have checked with my cleaners stains thats you pointed they managed to get rid of it. They moped and vacummed few times. For the complaint still hairs on the floor- would you consider that could be from your own hair that still falling over the cleaning time? As my cleaner wearing head cover. As for the fridge they moved and clean the bottom and inside the fride. And many more. They have checked with you before they leave- and you said OK. You would have need to tell them to NOT OK, if it is not? Anyways, Thank you.
In response to your reply, Only 1 cleaner wore a head cover and your explanation that it was my own hair really doesnβt make sense. I did not say it was okay and asked them to reclean the cabinets, fridge and wipe any remaining hair from the floor. Even after requesting them to reclean it, it was so dirty that I picked up the cloth to clean the place on my own. For the last 45 minutes of the session I was doing the cleaning. Next time, instead of relying on what your cleaners tell you, maybe you can clarify with me straight. I asked them to leave because the time was up not because I was happy with their service please get that straight.
Ms Mei- I dont rely on whats my cleaners told me- really. The reason i said so coz i dont see any relevant due to my cleaners are the same cleaners worked for the few customers like Mr Khor and Mr Tony in this review sessions- and the feedback was good. They are my seniors been working with me for 3-4 years. I dont say that I dont believe you but I cant really just take your comment as legit reason 100%. Another reason for the hair - one of my cleaner wearing Head Cover and another one have only 1 inches long hair cut ie Tomboy. Thats why i reckon you would consider you are having hair loss during the cleaning session like few of us having the same problem with out hair. Dont you think. Anyways. Appreaciate your feedback.
