Booked for post renovation cleaning service. Unfortunately result seems to be more like daily service. Floors were still dusty the moment we walked in. Fans and lights were all still full of dust. Few drawers n few top cabinets were untouched. So end up we had to clean again on our own. Sorry to say it was definitely not a deep cleaning service. Appointment was at 10am but they arrived at 10.15am without informing.

Sorry Ms Farah. I dont think it is wise to say it was poor works. As your flooring was poorly super dusty and it was an old flooring. My team managed to get most of the dust cleared after numbers of moping and vacumme. There was an area where renovation job still havent finish and untouch by us. And surely dust still spreading here and there. Plus I myself requested both you and husband to check through all areas- and you confirmed all okay. We would have spend more time to rectify any areas needed if you have told us to do so. Im not sure how DEEP Cleaning you need as we has cleared almost 90% of the dust (except the area that still unfinish) anyways. Thank you for your business. Selamat Hari Raya.
