Bilal was not on time at all, told him and confirm with him the day before whether can he arrive on 10:30am and he arrived at 11:30am. During the process of installation of the light, the mask was under his chin for the entire time. In fact, before the moment when he stepped into the unit, the mask was already under his chin. Furthermore, he picked up two phone calls during the installation process. During the payment process, I asked whether can I pay through the site and he told me no with no further explanation.
