They have responded to our query immediately and sent two technicians to repair our fridge which was not cold anymore. These two technicians were less experienced and was instructed by another person through phone all the while. However, after the fix our fridge starts to leak, sweating and instead of being cold, it freeze; where it damages our vegetables as well as other items in the fridge. After complaining so many times, they sent two other technicians who were extremely rude and kept arguing with us that these condition was due to the fridge not closed properly. When we tried to explain they just left without proper explanation. When we complaint again to the shop that the issue still persist, the lady was so confident that it was due to the fridge door and unwillingly said will send another technician. Been more than a month our fridge is not fixed yet, however they charged so high for the service. Will never recommend this shop to anyone.

dear customer, technician already attend last week
They took my fridge for repair 14 days ago. Next day, they gave a quotation RM839.00 but said the spare parts (compressor motor and condenser fan motor) are not available due to the MCO. On Day 3, they called to say the spare parts are already available and insisted I pay the RM500.00 deposit. I have been calling them almost daily to enquire about the repair progress. On Day 8, they said the spare parts just arrived. On Days 10-14, they claimed the technician is working on the fridge. Wow, a few hours' job still cannot complete in 4 days!! Today, Day 14; suddenly the staff said the spare parts are not available. When I told her that the spare parts arrived a week ago, she quickly changed the story and said the technician is not available because of MCO.
Paid the deposit RM500.00 by Recommend Pay but useless because after 2 days, the full amount has been released to the shop.
Never trust this shop. I am trying to get my fridge and my deposit back !!

dear customer, under mco and manufacture LG just open to arrange delivery spare part and spare part Compressor faulty need times to replaced and refill gas R600a filter welding . Please considerate under mco period for us to help you as soon
They are helpful and responsive, even during MCO period. Their repair service is also fast, just took a day to repair. They came to collect my washing machine on Thursday evening and returned to me on Saturday in good condition. Thank you for the great service.
Hopeless shop... Before repair my refrigerator still can function partially (still can make ice, only lower portion not cold), after many times of repair and repair, I was told my refrigerator was beyond repair... Refunded me the spare parts money but still charged the rm75 service charges. Ended up get scolded by wife paid rm75 but the refrigerator is now totally beyond repair (worst then before, can't make ice now)... N please return my refrigerator, I'm still waiting.

dear customer, technician once attend, inspection fees rm75 before customer do booking and already illustrate at system and customer you fridge bottom fridge compartment side already melt and technician advise for idea not to repair avoid cannot last long and waste money for repair, so we arrange refundable. Is it good for customer to save money to better buy new set ?
