The staffs are friendly and explained the problems of my machine crystal clear. Highly recommended as their service is fast.
The technician did not turn up twice and called the office. Then only they informed me the technician is not available. Bad follow-up altogether. As a consumer, I had to follow up with them many times before they even responded with a proper solution. Bad service.

Did not check properly before deciding to bring back the item to their shop. Handled my washing machine roughly and end up with a broken parts. Upon return many scratches on the machine shows how they handle the machine.
After 1 week of repair, the machine work with no load, but the next day machine was not running again. Paid 300 for using the machine for 1 day.
Waiting for warranty repair but i don't think so I want to let this kedai touch my washing machine again ever.
As other have experienced, the office managed calls impolitely and made me feel unwelcome.

It's been 3rd time already , my fridge still not yet become normal , been calling office to come and fix it , but it keep dragging one week to another week , until today problem still hasn't solve yet , i understand the MCO situation , but i pay for the fixing , and yet i still lose money to keep buying new food because the fridge cannot function normally
dear customer, regarding technician already carry your fridge for workshop repair and found minor problem with your fridge and arrange to delivery back your fridge as soon with FOC. Sorry inconvenience
They collected my single door refrigerator on 09/04/20 and promised to return it within 4 days time. However, after couple of days didn't return and so I called up to check the status. They informed that cooling coil was damaged and price shall increase from earlier RM255 to RM420. I called up again another 3 days later but they informed shortage of parts and need to await after MCO. On 27/04/20, his technician called to inform our refrigerator was done and shall return by 28/04/20. However, today (28/4)his technician delivered another model, which is not my refrigerator. I immediately called up the company to check status and was rudely replied (raised up voice) that the parts still need to await after MCO, I was so disappointed and I cancelled the order( even my deposit forfeited). Several minutes later, his representative called up and informed that the fridge was done.
I am so disappointed that the whole company doesn't have well communication, raise extremely high price after collection of goods, failure to deliver within promised date and rudely reply when updating status.
