technician 2nd attend found minor problem and done on the spot with warranty period
Maybe too many cases that the promise time frame was not met and was delayed.
The staff came to check on the problem and told us they could quote us on the spare parts then only we decide to fix it or not , the next day a staff called and asked when can they come and take the washing machine back to their shop to check on the problem. We were told that they could change it on the spot instead of taking the machine back to the shop. Now they need to check again with their staff who came.
dear customer, normally major problem technician carry for workshop repair and inspection and we only charge one times rm75 inspection / labor fees with 3 month warranty after repair
they said wanna come today but they come on the next day during pick up and re-send, may be due to MCO but overall satisfied with the service.
Estimated Quoted overall price rm75, later told me need rm370, after negotiated sealed the deal rm270... The worst thing is not the price... After repair told me already changed new fan, timer etc. OK no problem. After the technician left my upper portion of the fridge can't make ice, not cold at all ( before repair it's in good condition, only lower portion not cold). Called them ask them to check again, the technician came, adjust the timing, adjusted the fan (apparently still the old fan), it's working, the upper portion can make ice, only for few hours.... The next day the upper portion stop working again, spoilt all my seafood, foods... Called and the technician came again said need to bring back to his shop to repair... I wonder if his office will ask me to pay more again, still waiting for the call ....very disappointed. First time deal with recommend.my and this is the experience I got.

1. Did not inform customer the price of parts to replace.
2. Price charged for temperature sensor is much higher market price.

As we’re in MCO situation, I understood with the delay and such. Its a bit pricey but still affordable consider it is onsite repair. Overall I’m satisfied with the service.
I requested to repair my washing machine. I booked online for the service to be executed on the same day, but the technician came to pick up the machine with reason that the PCB board no power. Instead of RM75 (Sated here as deposit), the driver asked me to pay deposit RM80.
After 3 days they called me and told me the price is RM865 without a proper quotation. So I asked for a discount, and I was told that this is already a reduced value.
I managed to get a discount RM75 after quarrel with the Nyonya (very bad attitude towards customer).
I asked for a better solution with a better price and she told me to get back to me.
I called 2 days later on 18 Apr 20 and the price went back to RM865 with the same Nyonya and the repair can only be done after MCO which probably after another month.
So I decided not to proceed and requested to return back my washing machine by Monday but the Nyonya told me that it can be done after MCO. Which I think it’s ridiculous because after 2 days I logged my order the technician came to my place. Why not the same when you need to return back the machine?
The fact that it is very very expensive and over-priced and due to MCO, this shop take an advantage to the customer. I used to have the same problem with my other washing machine and the PCB was replaced with more that half of this price. That was done by the brand technician itself.
Despite of the expensive price and the repair work can only be done after MCO, the Nyonya’s attitude makes me decided not to proceed with the deal.
I will follow u every day to get my washing machine back.

Reminder for MCO all manufacture under closed and not common spare part our workshop was not keep. Sorry inconvenience
