not to say spotless cleaning, but gets the job done. Overall satisfied with the service.

Grills, Fan and windows. They were ok but still it was not thorough work. They also focused on cleaning the floors and bathrooms which I already mentioned was not required. Overall can improve.

The cleaners do not know their job. They do not have passion towards the job. They are trained both mentally and physically to do cleaning job. RM 200 paid not worth for the service. Can on time and left 10 minutes earlier.
The questions asked when I called the agency does not reflect the quality of the service provided. The cleaners need to be trained to be paid RM 25 per hour. A SPM qualified Malaysian only paid RM 800 for a month (8 hours X 24 days= 192 hours) which means they are paid RM 4.17 per hour. Please be realistic. As customer I don’t mind paying if the quality of service is there. The person who drop her even worst, didn’t even say hello in fact I have to approach her to pay. I am really disappointed. Thank you.
