I gave up on my TV because spare part + repair costs half of the purchase price & supplier warranty was only for a few days. Kok Cool advised to repair because overall TV was in good condition & personally extended the warranty to 1 month. TV was picked up from my home, repaired & returned in less than a week. The TV works fine - no problems for over a month now.

The parts that are mulfunctioned are not repaired, the service is too expansive just to repair a remote control forRM680.

Hi Abdul Mutalib, Thank you for your reply. We actually change an inverter PCB and transistor as your TV cannot be turn on and there is no visual. The price we charge is mainly for the parts and a small portion for labour fee. Meanwhile for the remote control, we only change a battery for you for free as the remote control run out of battery. We did not fix the on off switch for the tv because your problem on tv is cant on; and your remote is still can function. Hope you can understand.
