My condo security did not allow the cleaners to enter as they lacked any ID. I spoke to the operator of the cleaning company over Whatsapp and he told me he holds the workers' passports because otherwise there's a "risk they will run away". Eventually security allowed the workers to enter.

I spent a long time arguing with him about this obvious and illegal abuse of the workers' rights. He eventually said he would stop holding the workers' passports - I really hope this is the case, but I'm highly sceptical. This kind of practice is totally unacceptable.

The cleaners did a poor job at mopping and left a lot of very obvious dirt in place. They didn't really seem to know what they were doing and when I checked on them seemed to be moving a bunch of my stuff around my room (from on top of my bed to a set of drawers). I had not asked them to do this and have no idea why they thought this was a good idea. When I spoke with the operator he insisted that I had told them to do this (not at all the case).

Appointment was about an hour late although in fairness they did flag this a few hours before.

-Not so clean after mopping the floor and also toilet floors are this not clean
-Pay extra RM 30 but they using my vacuum cleaner so i feel no point pay the RM 30 to bring their own cleaning equipment

Good day sir. You took general cleaning not spring cleaning. For General cleaning is we do very basic cleaning.. dont use vacumm.. You paid material for general cleaning not spring cleaning. Maybe not aware the differences..

I would say they have done some part clean and some part not really clean
overall i would say they are better

Hired this pro for a customer of ours in Taman Melawati recently. Although on such short notice, they were able to schedule a cleaning session for our customer on the same day. Good response time and customer has informed us that they were happy with the cleaning that was done by the cleaners, mentioned that they had good attitudes & were thorough with their job. Well done, will recommend!

I paid for the equipment but they never brought with them vacuum cleaner - in the end using my own.
