in Lazern Sdn Bhd, We have several steps to complete one task that given to us.
1) first we will get a floor plan with measurement from customer
2) With the floor plan itself our sales person will interview customer on what type or feel that they want in their dream home, interview will conduct in utmost details due to we in lazern don't believe on later decisions.
3) Mood Board - Our Sales person will come out with the mood board of the concept and the feel on customer desire.
4) if everything is pass which mean the customer is happy with the mood board then the rest will be on Our In House Designer to come out with the real 3D Drawing for the customer based on the things that they demand and based on the their space details..
5) when the 3D is done then the rest of details drawing like M&E drawings, Furniture Details, Material of the house will be issue out to customer.
6) Project manager - The person that will be handling from empty house to dream house will be the project manager. this person will write reports to the customer on the scheduling of all the renovation, from ceiling, flooring, lighting, furniture arrangement, piping, looping/ electrician/ caballing to the furnishing will taken care by this person.
7) Last but not least - Invite customer to view the house and we Lazern will say ENJOY YOUR STAY !!!
