During the visit to check my washing machine, the technician was honest and straightforward about the condition of my machine. It turned out my machine was too old model and replacement parts could be hard to find. So I requested him to search for spare parts and update me if there was stock so that I wouldn’t have to replace buying a whole new machine. The problem was the after-service where there was lack of enthusiasm. Slow to reply for updates and most recently no reply since. Charged rm100 just for inspection, i had to wait for reply while my clothes couldn’t be cleaned, and end up having to buy a new machine anyway. Feels bad.

Very good service, great communication and great staff who came and explain and was super helpful. I only requested for the gasket to be changed but he noticed that I have a lot of weight on the fridge door so he adjusted the load on it and now the fridge door opens and closes so smoothly.
