Very bad experience with this technician, i strongly discourage using him. My washing machine was not repair at all. Technician brought back board and checked. He brought it back next day said no issue. Assemble it back. Claimed for RM150, I thought done, so I transferred RM150 to him immidiately. Unfortunately, when my cleaner tried it, the same issue was there, washing machine cannot wash at all. So, what did he do to charge me RM150? I'm frustrated and felt cheated. Nothing was done, no repaired was done. He reimburse RM50 to me when I complained. If you know u repaired nothing, u would reimburse me, if you repaired and got it done would u refund me. BAD EXPERIENCE, now I have to look for Midea original dealer to fix it.
Hello , thanks for the review. Firstly our technician found out the main issue was from existing house wiring , which has no earth wiring in the washer’s socket. He is not expert in electrical wiring but he managed to troubleshoot that there is an earth wiring issue. Appliance that run without earth wiring will be damaged sooner or later , so he suggested customer to fix that wiring issue first and he bring back the machine’s motherboard for further checking. He returned next day for the board installation , he suggested customer to claim warranty to specific brand so he can end his service. Continue to repair the washing machine without get the main problem fix first is like cover the wound when the bullet still inside. Rm150 for wiring inspection , motherboard checking , two visits with rm20 parking fee is a very fair price. He has proof of customer agreed on rm150 for the checking price a day before. He refunded rm50 to maintain a win win situation , We understood customer is fed up because the washer still cannot be fix , so he proceed to refund the rm50 with his own money, sorry for the bad experience and hope your washer can be fixed asap

Damaged one of my home pipe (repaired paid for) altho unhappy and charged me charger.
2 times he visited he didn't put the washing machine back properly. I had to move it myself (he just stood there and watch).
Hi, thank you for the review. Firstly let me clarify our point of view from our technician. The washing machine was placed on top of the toilet squatting pan. Not to mention the washing machine is placed with limited space for our technician to operate. Moreover, the owner has modified the original washing machine hose to an extended PVC pipe which blocks the machine's mobility. In addition, based on our technician feedback…. During arrival, the owner gave our technician a small stool to stabilize the washing machine from falling by moving forward around 20cm. Hence, the washing machine fell over the hose and it was broken due to an uncircumcised situation due to improper placement of the machine. Last but not least, our technician has compensated the owner with the correct procedure without any revenue from this job.
Fast, easy to deal with, easy and clear in communication, kept me up to date during proses, great service, very helpful and friendly.
Issue out job at 8am & came at our house at 12pm. Very good communication in between, even advise us on what to care for in the future.
