Young guy but well spoken. Polite. Punctual. Gets the job done without fuss. Following the repair, a test run uncovered loud vibrating noise from the washing machine. This issue was not addressed. The Service Professional identified it as worn absorbers and we requested to have it replaced. Service Professional requested time to get the parts (April 5-7th. 2022). As at time of review (11:37 pm, April 7th, 2022) I have not received feedback from the Service Professional.
