2 technicians came with light equipment (just screwdriver) and did little work, mostly trying to troubleshoot and claimed that they fixed the water heater - but water is still cold. and later said couldn't fix because they didn't have part. On the wiring issue, the can't fix also as the issue is with TNB. So did not resolve any problem in the 1 hr 15 mins of inspection. Also never quoted price for any troubleshooting and after 1 hr 15 mins, and nothing fixed, claimed the service cost RM380 for not a single repair. Left with still the same power issue and cold water until today.

Sir water heater 'element spoiled , electrician told u about it need to replace , trouble shoot include part of water heater Rm380 . electric got problem main TNB supply to meter ,not from meter to your house ,only one phase got problem which TNB guyz can settle ,we can't TNB supply outside from your house sir,and Boss you didn't pay Rm 380 ,just pay Rm100 for trouble shoot for water heater which is Big in size .sorry boss for any misunderstanding

Service provider need to be upfront with customers about all the hidden charges for transparency purpose. Quotation based on job scope given was just workmanship.
