I had 2 problems which I wanted to fix. A clogged drain in the kitchen, and a foul smelling trap in the downstairs bathroom. The plumber came by, and based on his assessment, both were caused by clogged pipes. He recommended to use an acid wash to clear the pipes. After the job was done, I found that the bathroom was still emitting the same foul smell. I messaged the plumber and he said that he had instructed my maid to wash the bathroom a few times, and that would clear the smell. He said that he would come back the following weekend to check. He did not show up. I messaged him 2 weeks later, and he implied that "Now only u say tat continue to smell". I reminded him that he was the one who said he would come back and check. Then he said again that he would come back and check. This was 3 weeks ago, and he hasn't shown up.
I don't think that this is acceptable.
Very punctual came exactly on agreed time.
Spent half the day with him to go through all the electrical problems in my house and promptly fixed what he could and gave a quote for the outstanding items.
Mr Ganesh service is above expectations. He delivered quality job and not calculative as compared to other electricians I engaged before. he is punctual too. 5 star service
Had renovation for my office, and did some wiring and air con servicing. His service is good, workers also come on time, good value for money too. So when my relatives ask for recommendation, I didn't hesitate to introduce him.
Been using their service for 3 years for all cabling and wiring work with most recent one being CCTV. Mr Ganesan is highly reliable and trustworthy guy. Whenever there is an emergency, I will call him up and and he will arrived at my doorstep. Do not worry about pricing as he can always work things out within your budget!
