Almost a whole hour late to my location than agreed earlier. Did not update on work to be done and just quote me the final price at the end of the job.

What they changed broke again after a week, asked them to follow up but keep giving excuse, or no show in agreed date and time. Very bad service

The worst RM80 I spent. I've clearly informed them beforehand what issue i was facing. And even after that, they agreed to come. When they arrived, I repeated the same story and they said they need more info about the issue with my cable. So they ended up dping nothing! Just dont come and waste my money if you dont know how to fix the issue.

The contractor is quite detail and observant.

Overall ok but . no proper procedure on price quotation..but get the job done. response is also quick. However should improve on price quotation and communication.
Client should have the right to price check and agree
