I asked for the service for a blocked water drainage in the air con unit. However the supplier recommended for a service of the air con unit which I agreed to. He should not have charged me for the clearing the block in addition to the servicing. The servicing should have included making sure the drainage was also cleared. This is normal in air con servicing. In the end I paid double charges. RM 150 for servicing plus RM80 for clearing the blockage.

We came to clean your home air conditioning drainage system. Cleaned it up. Then we asked you to service the air conditioner, because your air conditioner had not been cleaned for a long time and the pipe was blocked. After we explained it, you said you needed & asked the price for service and I informed you of the fee. ( AFTER AGREED) We will then offer our service on your agreement (our careful, clean and excellent service) and you stand aside. As soon as our service was completed, RM150 was paid recommend pay as AIRCOND CHEMICAL SERVICE fees and RM 80 was paid CASH for the drainage system as per the agreement RECOMMEND.MY We are grateful for that. I apologize for your misunderstanding. However, we would like to express our gratitude again to you for your trust in our Recommend.my and for your feedback. Have a bright future.
