Clean was good although there are some area was not clean thoroughly. Need to improve on appointment time & duration to clean the house.

**I've edited my initial comment to express my feedback in a more measured manner. I apologize for the harsh tone in my earlier review. While I've adjusted the way I've conveyed my concerns, I want to emphasize that my rating remains the same, reflecting my overall experience. **
They came quite on time. Cleaning quality is ok, normal, but for the first time, the cleaning process took longer than I anticipated.
I was informed rather late that my vacuum cleaner had broken down during the cleaning. While I understand that equipment can malfunction, earlier communication would have been appreciated. I did have alternative cleaning tools available, such as broomsticks and pans, which could have been used to maintain a consistent cleaning pace.
Fortunately, I wasn't charged extra for the additional time taken, and I appreciate that gesture. However, it's worth noting that in my past experiences with cleaning services, I've never encountered a situation where additional time or charges were necessary. While I understand that circumstances can vary, this deviation from my previous experiences left me with concerns about the possibility of being overcharged.

Hi boss, We used your tools for this cleaning. In this session your vacuum cleaner had been broken . That’s Y they took extra time for cleaning. Because they had to clean all manually . That’s Y I informed u no need to pay extra because this is not human mistake. Bcz of the vacuum cleaner problem only take extra time for cleaning.

The worst cleaners.Did nothing for the money I paid, recommend pls do QC on these kind of vendors.

The house was clean. My request for two cleaners for three hours was comply with.
1. On time
2. Good communication & constant updates
