on time but does not clean well

They came quite on time. Cleaning quality is ok, normal, but for the first time, the cleaning process took longer than I anticipated.

I was informed rather late that my vacuum cleaner had broken down during the cleaning. While I understand that equipment can malfunction, earlier communication would have been appreciated. I did have alternative cleaning tools available, such as broomsticks and pans, which could have been used to maintain a consistent cleaning pace.

Fortunately, I wasn't charged extra for the additional time taken, and I appreciate that gesture. However, it's worth noting that in my past experiences with cleaning services, I've never encountered a situation where additional time or charges were necessary. While I understand that circumstances can vary, this deviation from my previous experiences left me with concerns about the possibility of being overcharged.
