Excel kent service given

I was shocked at first when I saw the two cleaners were. However, both of them are polite and did the job well. The cleaners came 45min late as they couldn't find my place and having problem entering. But they did the full 3 hours cleaning so it's all good.

Absolutely no professional ethics whatsoever. Requested for price quote 450- sent recommend invoice RM100 requesting for us to pay direct the balance payment because Recommend eats up RM180.
I do not appreciate malpractice and prefer to follow the protocols laid down . As it guarantees the quality of work done.
They have already collected RM150 in cash on same day.
They left water heater live wire open and unconnected.. till
Date work left incomplete and not safe. . Very very untidy work. We informed them that we don't have hacking permit... nothing to do with working permit and they used as a reason . E

the cleaners were not on time, asked to come at 4, but only came at 6, had to double check their work, and asked them to clean properly. the person in charge that whatsapp us was not professional.

The cleaners did an excellent job and thorough cleaning of the house. One of the best cleaning services I’ve ever seen.
