I requested for 2 cleaners 4 hours. The cleaners did a good job. They were ontime. They followed my instructions. Communication was not a problem. Helped me move some furniture around. Very satisfactory. I will book again in near future.

Good service, all done as instructed. Fair price.

Cleaners arrived on time, were polite and did their jobs but needed some direction. wouldn't book again because their customer service scolded me for going overtime (which I was happy to pay for) as if I was being unreasonable when I was literally just checking and pointing out missed spots as normal at the end of a cleaning. It especially irked me because this was a move out clean and I would've been changed for another cleaning service otherwise.

The cleaners were on time but the cleaning was done in a rush even when there is plenty of time remaining. The cleaners were eager to complete the job and leave while it was clearly booked for the number of hours. Cleaning service was not done well, areas left in wiped and still dusty.
