They works very slow and waste my time. Plus their change the aircond capacitor with wrong specification that for 1.0hp not with 2.0hp. Rectify by other professional technician and make it damage other part .

Accept the job but never call for confirmation. Try to contact but number stated no reply when leaving a text msg. After 2 hours suddenly call with another phone saying otw reaching in 40 mins without negotiation, i have to rush back home for them. To clean and fix my masteroom aircond leaking issue. Clean indoor unit without any issue, but what made me jawdrop i noticed they washed the wrong outdoor compressor unit. I advised them it was the living room one but they refused to listen, and continue to wash and refill the gas without turning on the aircond, power! And then suddenly they realized they washed the wrong compressor then only go wash the correct one. Before leaving, i checked that aircond in masterroom okay, no leaking and resume normal cold. However, probably they messing with my living room compressor unit just now, the living room aircond not cold anymore. I complaint that issit they messed up the gas pressure just now but they said no, insisted gas okay without check. Cant argue anymore i just let then go. Being charged rm215 for service and rm50 top up gas. Total whopping rm265 just to service 1 unit 1.0hp of aircond with minor leaking issue. Receive payment and immediately leave my house without giving any warranty promise. Verdict: Very amateur aircond service team but charging at premium price. Now i have to find someone else to fix my living room aircond unit that has no problem until they messed with the outdoor compressor unit.
