Unfortunately there was a communication barrier. The service provider couldn’t really speak English or malay and the fact is that I need him to be able to in order to understand the problem with our electricity bill. In the end, he told us to install another device which the house owner later told me we already have. As such, I don’t think he knew what he was doing. Also he charged us RM199 for 45 minutes work on monitoring the usage of our appliances. I don’t think this was at all reasonable but I just paid it.
did not fix the ceiling fan. i cant blv their service exist on your platform.
