The technician Baim was friendly and explained what he was doing well. He was late by about 45 minutes due to an accident on the highway, which is not his fault. I will need to wait for a couple of days to see if my fans no longer make any noise before I'm able to rate on the value of this service. Overall at the moment, I am really happy Baim was able to clean and service my fans. Thank you.
