1. Started work 20 mins late despite being “on time” (supposedly already at the lobby 1:02pm for the 100pm appointment).

2. Completed 5 mins ahead of time. Means I got short change 25 mins for a 3 hour job request.

3. Insist on being paid independently of recommendPay (thereby negating my supposedly insurance benefit). Reason: recommend has barred their bank account resulting in unable to withdraw funds. Errr…..

4. Performed an online transfer as I am predominantly a cashless person. Didn’t pick a fight because life is already tough enough for these service folks. Hmm…. What should I have done?

We were left with a bitter feeling after our cleaners left and we discovered that our vacuum cleaner was broken and our toilet seats were discolored due to chemicals. Was so disappointed because we just moved to a new house and everything is still new, but now I have yellow toilet seats and I have to replace my vacuum cleaner. My previous maid service could clean my house with 2 maids in 2 hours, but unfortunately they don't cover my new housing area. I took 2 maids for 3 hours from this site, and they didn't manage to clean downstairs at all. And I wasn't even mad about that until I did spot check and discovered my damaged items which the maids did not inform me about.
