They kept me up to date on what time they were coming. The servicing was fine, and they helped to troubleshoot that one of my aircon had broken IR receiver (that's why remote control button press wasn't doing anything). But since my unit is old, they were unable to replace the spare part.

Another aircon they found out had faulty capacitor. They fixed it on the spot.

The only negative thing was that I asked them to wear their mask before entering the house, but as the servicing went on, their masks kept getting lower and lower until they were eventually not wearing anymore. Total 4 units serviced with capacitor repair in about 2 hours

Good services. Came for cleaning but even checked the gas for us. I feel bad they had to do the job when it was raining but they were so professional.

The switch given was used before. The labour charge to replace the switch outlet is overpriced.
Labour- rm 120, used switch- Rm 50

Highly recommended, Salman, Faisal Khan, Shakir were very professional and an asset to ur company I will highly recommend them for any A/C and electric work
