Our Background
P & P DRAGON CONSTRUCTION was formed in 23 APRIL 2003 to carry out all types of construction & renovation works, including trading of construction material, hardware and electrical goods. The company started off by concentrating its business on the provision of competent manpower to manage job sites for bigger corporations and have since matured to taking contracts under its own capacity and this has now become the primary activities of the company.

Our Philosophy
The basic corporate philosophy of P & P DRAGON CONSTRUCTION, is to provide service that will justify the reliance placed upon us by our clients in first instance and to establish a permanent business relationship with our clients so as to enable P & P DRAGON CONSTRUCTION understand and specialize in servicing such clients.

With the constant growth of our business, P & P UNITED CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD and P & P HARDWARE SUPPLY was formed in 13 MAY 2009. The main activities of P & P UNITED CONSTRUCTION is to carry out the growing of the construction & renovation works.

P & P UNITED CONSTRUCTION started its business by managing bigger corporations’ construction and renovation works. P & P HARDWARE SUPPLY carries out the trading of hardware and construction material. It becomes definite source in providing our site materials.

After we have consolidated basic construction and renovation works, we have a new target in starting a new corporate in properties industry.

P & P EWEST PROPERTY was formed in 19 AUGUST 2014. We are ready to trade properties in East & West Malaysia. With the ever growing of the construction & renovation businesses of bigger corporations in EAST MALAYSIA, we developed a joint venture with MALAYSIA ENTERPRISE.

MALAYSIA ENTERPRISE was formed in 28 JULY 1999. The company started in East Malaysia by concentrating its business on the provision of competent manpower to manage job sites for bigger corporations and have since matured into taking contracts under Government project .

The basic corporate philosophy of MALAYSIA ENTERPRISE, is to provide service that will justify the reliance placed upon us by our clients in first instance and to established a permanent business relationship with our clients so as to enable P & P DRAGON CONSTRUCTION to understand and specialize in servicing such clients.

We started the business with various types of real estate to provide a comprehensive service to our clients. We are prepared to content the demand of such clients to get their desired estate.
