The service was good the only downside is that they didn't bring their own ladder to install the fan and needed to use a piece of my furniture for them to install the fan.

The contractor was engaged to check and repair the air conditioner and water heater due to electrical issues. They informed me that they needed to replace the toilet room switchboard, breaker, and a switch in the distribution panel (DP) box.

My condo only allows repair work from 9 AM to 5 PM. I asked the team to arrive at 9 AM, but they came at 10:15 AM and worked until 5:30 PM without completing the job. While installing wiring, they accidentally drilled into the main water pipe in the toilet, leaving the entire house without water. I had to pay for two hotel rooms for my tenants because of this mistake.

The next day, they arrived late again, even after the previous day's incident. They drilled into the wall, cut out the leaking main water pipe, and replaced it with a new joint. I was concerned because they applied cement after only two hours, instead of waiting for the adhesive to fully dry.

That night, my tenants returned to the unit. The DP box couldn’t close properly, the wiring wasn’t attached securely, and at 2 AM, the fuse tripped, cutting power to the whole house. The kitchen was left without electricity.

I had another electrician inspect the work, and he found that they had used low-grade wires from China, though SIRIM approved. The master bedroom should have separate wiring for the water heater and air conditioner, but they combined them, causing the fuse to trip. This could potentially lead to a fire hazard.

I requested a refund, but they refused. Although the contractor's name appeared Malay, all the workers were foreign, and there were no local workers or a visible boss. I am unsure how they managed to register on Recommend.my.

If you don't want mess your house, please stay away from this contractor.
