Better than past experience. But there’s some areas that the cleaners took it lightly but able to deliver when advised to do so.

On time. Satisfied with the work done. Only nitpick is that price leans towards the high side.

They are not punctual. They msged to inform last minute that they will be 1.5 hr late, but only arrived half an hour after the rescheduled time.
