Out 4 vendors that came for inspection, only Francis came and took a termite sample to send to the lab for verification on the type of termite that infested my house.

He only gave the final quotation after the inspection and the lab result came out which I think is more accurate since you have to personally inspect and see for yourself on the condition and the level of extermination to be done because every site is different.

His offer was not the cheapest but there is something that can give us comfirmation and be at ease.

The technician who came to install the baiting system is also well verse and professional. They are punctual and came exactly after two weeks to replace the baits.

Overall, we are satisfied and recommend Pest Master to everyone else.
