I requested the company send me the full quotation for few times but the staff always gave his reason for quotation not ready yet or will send to me by end of the day. i haven't make hired this company, the staff already has such a bad service / attitude. How am i going to trust if i hired this company.

The Pro didn’t come back to me despite many attempts WhatsApp and calls. Not sure they too many projects on hand or not interested to do my biz.

The Pro came to my house to take measurement and never come back with quotation. Not too sure if they are too busy till they forget to reply or they don't want to take the job.

They recently installed some additional decorative features in my home such an some wall shelves and arch. Happy with the results. They have their own factory in Puchong so they are a better choice as they oversee end to end client servicing.
