I submitted time and date for repair my aircon for Saturday 18th Jan 15 to 17pm. Your system also approved and gave me accept and sent me email contain technician data. He never came at the time and never answered my call. After 20 hours sent me text and written "sorry, I was out of coverage! I can come Monday 12:30pm!!!
I had a guests Sunday and I cancelled my party!!!
