Ryan was efficient in assisting us to assemble ikea cabinet at reasonable price

I'm good with the extra holes I need to patch up due to wrong position on the IKEA curtain rods. When I asked the handyman to mount the cloths drying rack, he decided not to use the metal wall plugs that came with the rack. He told me pvc wall plugs from him are sufficient. The rack didn't last a day hanging clothes. Called Mr Ryan and he called the handyman back and settled the problem on the same day with no extra charge. I'm glad the metal wall plugs were finally used!
