Very bad experience. Dishonest and unprofessional. Price not transparent
They not claiming spare parts with receipt but simply an amount they say. Until you ask for receipt proof they start to say need to charge transportation fees.
I engaged them to fix the sliding door. Immediate after the fixing yes it can slide , but not smooth maybe due to wear tear over years. But within 2 weeks, the sliding door frame separated.
I get in touched with them on this matter ,their response is no guarantee on this. Just trying to avoid any responsibility. Even asking extra inspection just to fix their prob which the screw is not properly screwed back after their work!
I even promise pay extra just to get them come again to fix this, but they gave short notice that they are coming in an hour plus which we don’t even get to responded on time to arrange ppl there to open door for them. Then start calling me to quarrel ?!

1. The installation person came 1.5 hours late. Appointment at 9am, they arrived at 10.45pm close to 11am.
2. They didn’t bring ladder and expect you to have a ladder. They proceed to give excuse that it was difficult for them as the management might complain while they clearly aware that I applied permit from management days before.
3. Proceed to ask me whether they can vape in my house. That shouldn’t be a question at all to a client. You should know to at least have work etiquette and professionalism.
4. Keep in mind I paid rm80 just for a site inspection not repair. Meaning they came to identify the issue and recommend me to buy a new fan. Fair enough
5. They proceed to tell me I shouldn’t have paid on the platform itself as the platform will take commission fee out of them. If I pay to them it would have been cheaper. However, when they asked me to pay without knowing I have paid in advance on the platform, they still ask for rm80. So pretty much they wanted the profit for themselves.
