I think the technicians is not honour because as per phone conversation & email notifications given is RM80 only for checking. If request other service then only have extra charges... But he said that the RM80 is only service charges haven't including their labour fee so that total they charge me RM200 only for checking then forcing me to pay by cash not by recommend pay...
Since I have paid them cash and I not going to chase it back but I hope I can share my experience to let more people to alerts on it.
Lastly I also hope recommend.com can take action to this company technician & recommend.com also need to improve on detailing of payment charge item like issue a quotation or pre-invoice to customer. So that customer can clearly know what item payment is charging ....
Hi Good evening hope you doing well. Ma'am first of all we never over charged you. When we came to your house we opened the fan and that fan was spoiled cannot be repaired. secondly you didnt paid us 200 rm for fan only we solved your microwave oven problem also changed the socket.
