Ask them to check Fan & Water Heater because they were causing power trips. They assess before confirming equipment were faulty and requires changing
I want to check the water heater wiring and repair a plug. Finally replaced 2 plugs (1 + 1 free) at a reasonable price. Service no problem.

They didn’t estimate the actual work needed properly. In the end I had to pay double the amount as the amount of tiles that need to be replaced increased twofold. although it is justified it was something they could have anticipated.

The contractor was extremely polite and professional. They went out of their way to determine my needs and went above and beyond to ensure a quality job was done. The contractor was able to assess the job and have it completed within 3 days after contacting the business with my job.
