The chocolate layer cake was baked with blueberries. Frosted with buttercream. Each sandwich filling applied with a layer of buttercream, and fresh blueberries. This is an oil base cake and we use Olive Oil to substitute vegetable oil for the 3 layers of blueberry chocolate cake.
