2 layers of 6" cake. We blend in pure fruit juice (no added sugar) into the cake layers and the buttercream and additional of blueberry puree (no added sugar) into the buttercream. At each sandwich layer of the cake is scattered with blueberries and we drizzle some semi sweet chocolate ganache at the sandwich buttercream frosting. This is a pure butter sponge cake which gives you a light, fluffy and soft texture of butter cake.
