There is a room of improvement for cleaner. As certain services job are unable to spell out inside job scope but actually is not a difficult job, cleaner suppose to be more flexible and not so calculative. ie. Help to put the floor mat inside washing machine and not asking them to wash using hands and they refuse. As end user, we are not so calculative of early release 45mins early back. We want to have a ease for the elderly so we appointed cleaning service, yet the elderly have to do the upkeep even though the cleaning has been consider job completed.

I'm sorry we arrived at 2.20pm and all job cust asking to do all done..we go back at 6.05pm..untie asking to wash floor map by using hand...but we are cleaner not laundry cleaner...but we have done wash the floor map......
