Needed help to assemble bedframe that i bought online. Two workers came to my house on the day. They did the assembly according to the instructions paper provided. They were very polite, careful, and meticulous with the job. The admin too was always responsive, helpful, and quick to reply.

Very unprofessional service. Insisted on me paying cash or JomPay otherwise no visit, so I couldn't avail my discount from Recommend.my. On top of that, Job was for 3 taps but only 2 was fixed (one was not possible as it needed an adaptor) but they insisted I pay for 3 taps! Woman on the phone was screaming at me, so disrespectful and very unprofessional service.

Sorry about all inconvenience. but instead of 3rd tap we did your bidet work. And you were insisting us for extra work which you did not mention in the before. And currently there is a problem in our banking transaction so that's why we say that. But sorry again for all misunderstandings.

Lies as well ?? No extra bidet work was done! The bidet spray is what is meant to be fixed along with the bidet tap. Insisting on extra work? I was asking you for a quote for a separate reno work. Too bad you will not get the job and may lose more customers as well after this review. This pro is not trustworthy!
