A flickering screen is sometimes causes by internal wiring issue. The issue can be solve by disconnect/reconnect the screen connector inside or updating the drivers. If the issue is not solve then most probably you need a screen replacement. There is also no other solution for cracked screen except for replacing it with a new one.
